My trick is the 5 second rule, when in doubt or not motivated, I count from 5 to 1 and I just get up and go. I see my body as a temple and work in progress.
Tips:
Start with a stretches before your workout or run.
Stay hydrated
Practice breathing
Focus on full body workouts instead of only one area
Practice intermittent fasting (start with few hours then work your way up)
Exercise for a minimum of 30mins a day
